Let's talk about it. It is better to talk about it than to keep it all in your head. CBT is a great way to address those thoughts that tend to linger and loop for way too long. We will use this modality as a gateway to guide us toward which way to go, for you internally.
Listening is a skill set. As much as you will listen to strategy and tools to improve your current situation, as your Coach, I will first demonstrate the power of listening by intensely tuning in to your words, thoughts, and memories.
